The mission of the Edina Chamber of Commerce is to make Edina the optimum place to do business by providing opportunities for business growth and development, community involvement and enrichment, and personal and professional growth. Our members are made up of many industries with a diversity of size and are from all over the Twin Cities Region. 

The Edina Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization committed to helping Edina businesses survive and thrive. Our more than 400 members are a diverse group, ranging from companies such as Microsoft and the Fairview Southdale Hospital to local companies with a handful of employees.

For more than 40 years, the Edina Chamber of Commerce has worked to make Edina a better place to live, work, and do business by giving private sector employers a voice.

Minneapolis will be home to the newest Major League Soccer team in 2018. Along with the team will be a new open-air soccer stadium in Minneapolis. The winning bid for the expansion team came from a partnership group led by Bill McGuire. Join us as we learn more about what the new team and stadium means for the Twin Cities and more about the exciting future.

Dr. McGuire owns the North American Soccer League’s Minnesota United. Dr. McGuire completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas. As Chairman and CEO of United Health Group, Dr. McGuire grew the health care company from $400 million in annual revenue to more than $70 billion in annual revenue. Dr. McGuire took ownership of Minnesota United FC in January 2013. Committed to the community, Dr. McGuire ‘s philanthropic efforts include donations to the University of Florida, Guthrie Theater, Walker Art Center and Gold Medal Park.
